Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process purchase orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze procurement data using Power BI to identify trends costsaving opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update records in ERP systems ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transactions.
- Support the purchasing department with administrative tasks reporting and inventory management.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships.
MustHave Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a purchasing department.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Handson experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
