Tasks:
- Support the development external Salesforce API integrations
- Create and maintain flows and processes supporting account and patient managers
- Support current users resolving their problems and issues and implementing changes within their salesforce org
- Support current activities with invoicing messaging voice calling platforms integrated with Salesforce
- Release management for deployment changes from a sandbox / full copy of the Salesforce
- Monitoring and maintaining good health of the instance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role and experienced with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Omni Channel / Experience Cloud
- Certification as Salesforce Administrator (confirmed by Trailblazer ranks)
- Experienced with flows process builders governor limits recordlevel security sharing rules roles profiles triggers and order of
- Programming or debugging skills for APEX Visualforce and Lightning Components is a plus
- German native is a plus
- You are communicative reliable and proactive
