Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS TLR

Your Role as SENCo:
- Lead and develop the schools SEN provision.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop inclusive strategies.
- Oversee SEN support across all year groups and provide leadership to the SEN team.
- Lead training and development for staff on SEN best practices.

- A qualified SENCo with experience in leading SEN provision.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
