SENCo Highly Regarded Secondary School Slough April Start
Location: Slough
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: Leadership Scale
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SENCo to lead and support the SEND provision in a wellrespected secondary school in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an inclusive environment with a strong focus on supporting students individual needs.

Your Role as SENCo:
- Lead and manage the SEND department to provide highquality support for students.
- Work closely with parents staff and external agencies to ensure that all students receive the support they need.
- Monitor the progress of students with SEND and ensure effective interventions are in place.
- Be a key leader in promoting inclusive practices across the school.
