Key Responsibilities:
Engage in regular personal development and leadership training to continually enhance your skills.
Coach and mentor new team members via phone and zoom (one on one) to help them succeed and grow within the role.
Place ads on various social platforms to generate inquiries (full training and support provided for successful applicants).
Conduct structured interviews via phone (training provided)
Collaborate with a global team with access to cuttingedge tools training and resources for success.
Attend 3 global zoom training meetings per week.
Leverage our successful business systems and innovative marketing strategies to expand your reach.
Online and selfpaced training for successful candidates.
