Coordinate with divisional/executive office team members to clarify/obtain missing claim information related to warranty debits received by Bosch from customers.
Download warranty & debit information from customer portals and integrate into Bosch internal tracking files.
Maintain and update master Warranty File for existing/new customers
Support internal sales and controlling for clearing of debits for creating of WorkONs.
Provide monthly reports on Warranty Performance for customers under the organization.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in electrical electronic or automotive engineering
2 years work experience in automotive related industry
Experience with customer relationship management and negotiation skills
Knowledge in preventive quality management tools and failure diagnostic process
Problem ownership & resolution and analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Presentation skills
