You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Client Care Benefits Analyst will support the daytoday activities of Visas benefit programs for Colombia. The ideal candidate will possess indepth knowledge of benefits project management administration and compliance. This individual will collaborate closely with other members of the Benefits team along with members of other HR areas Finance Legal Compliance Technical Governance and Corporate Services. They will also work closely with our thirdparty administrators and consultants.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the various benefit plans offered to employees in the Colombia (e.g. medical dental vision life wellness education reimbursement etc.
Demonstrating strong project management skills: Providing program owners with proactive support and ontime deliverables
Providing accurate and timely operational support including data reconciliation with payroll and benefit administrators and payment of invoices from third party benefit providers
Identifying ways to continuously improve operational processes including but not limited to the activities listed above
Collaborating with the People Solutions team equipping them to respond to employee inquiries and conducting ongoing benefit plan education
Developing content for benefits communications and maintaining benefit plan web content
Resolving escalated employee issues promptly and effectively
Building and maintaining successful relationships with benefits vendors and brokers
Assisting in benefits benchmarking exercise as needed
Supporting the setup of new countries benefits administration process as needed
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced
Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
3 5 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of
work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD)
Knowledge of Colombian labor law
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Strong analytic and risk analysis skills
High degree of flexibility and ability to effectively deal with ambiguity
Strong written verbal and problemsolving skills
Strong project management skills
Strong attention to detail
Desire to work with others in a team atmosphere
Ability to produce in a fastpaced working environment
Proficiency with Word Excel experience with Workday a plus
Knowledge benefits management tools (e.g. from Mercer/AON/WTW) highly
desirable
