Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning culture and organizational development.
- Lead diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a fair and inclusive workplace.
Talent Management & Acquisition:
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop leadership development and succession planning programs.
- Enhance employee engagement retention and employer branding efforts.
Performance Management & Employee Development:
- Implement performance management systems to drive high performance.
- Establish learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth.
Compensation Benefits & Compliance:
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws industry regulations and company policies.
- Oversee employee relations conflict resolution and workplace policies.
HR Operations & Organizational Development:
- Improve HR processes and leverage HR technology for efficiency.
- Promote a positive work environment and strong company culture.
- Manage HR budgets and optimize workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws HR technologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
