Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning culture and organizational development.
  • Lead diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a fair and inclusive workplace.

Talent Management & Acquisition:

  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop leadership development and succession planning programs.
  • Enhance employee engagement retention and employer branding efforts.

Performance Management & Employee Development:

  • Implement performance management systems to drive high performance.
  • Establish learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth.

Compensation Benefits & Compliance:

  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws industry regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee employee relations conflict resolution and workplace policies.

HR Operations & Organizational Development:

  • Improve HR processes and leverage HR technology for efficiency.
  • Promote a positive work environment and strong company culture.
  • Manage HR budgets and optimize workforce planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws HR technologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

    Experience: Min 20 Years..
