The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for critical technical aspects of project and solution delivery including:
- Provide expert consultation to clients on Service Strategy and Design demonstrating the business value of Service Management solutions.
- Articulate and package our competencies within Service Strategy and Design services for both external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of a premier Service Management practice and consultancy organization.
- Collaborate with sales to develop and execute a strategic gotomarket plan leveraging our valuebased competencies.
- Serve as an integral member of the implementation project team addressing complex technical challenges across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of SaaS solutions to meet client requirements.
- Produce highquality technically accurate clientfacing and internal deliverables.
- Establish and maintain implementation best practices and service offerings based on project experiences and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide strategic advice to enhance service delivery.
- Deliver comprehensive ITIL process knowledge and advisory services to clients.
- Assume the role of solution architect taking full responsibility for the overall solution implementation.
- Provide expert business support advisory in alignment with Service Management best practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison between client demand organizations analyzing and communicating the advantages and disadvantages of proposed solution architectures from both process and technical perspectives.
- Develop and articulate comprehensive solution architectures addressing both process and technical aspects.
- Conduct thorough analyses of the business impact and value proposition of proposed solutions for clients.
- Lead and conduct both processoriented and technical training sessions to ensure successful solution adoption.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in ITSM tools is highly desirable though not mandatory.
A minimum of 10 years of experience serving as a technical resource on delivery engagements in client environments is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in Web Technologies including but not limited to XML HTML JavaScript and Web Services is required.
Comprehensive understanding of technical components such as LDAP VPN and SSL is crucial.
Exceptional communication skills are paramount including active listening thoughtful decisionmaking and superior verbal and written expression.
A proven track record in consulting is necessary encompassing a deep understanding of business drivers behind technology problemsolving capabilities meticulous attention to detail resourcefulness and the ability to ask pertinent questions.
The ability to work effectively in a team environment is critical. Additionally the willingness to travel primarily within the Nordic region is an important aspect of this role.
ITIL Certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.
