Job Description

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator looking for an exciting opportunity in Key Stage 2 A thriving primary school in Waltham Forest is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their team. This is a fulltime permanent position starting April 2025

Start Date: April 2025
Location: Waltham Forest
Working Hours: FullTime
Contract Type: Permanent

Your Role as a KS2 Teacher

  • Plan and deliver engaging creative and interactive lessons tailored to KS2 pupils.
  • Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that fosters childrens curiosity and love for learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress providing targeted support and feedback to enhance their development.
  • Encourage children to develop social emotional and cognitive skills through a variety of learning activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues parents and support staff to ensure every child reaches their potential.
  • Participate in staff meetings training and schoolwide initiatives.

What Were Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
  • A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for inclusive education and fostering a love of learning in young children.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
