Job Description
- Work with your colleagues to ensure 24hour continuity of care
- Provide oversight of medical records in the electronic health record
- Conduct medical assessments of residents and determine when it is necessary to call the physician
- Oversee the admission process of new or readmitted residents to the nursing care center assuring resident assessment and documentation are complete and timely
- Provide appropriate advice for medications or treatments by established policies
Qualifications :
- RN or BSN Degree from a school of professional nursing; license and current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Active CPR certification
