Job Description
Job Title: RN Supervisor
Facility: Unity Hospital
Address: 1555 Long Pond Rd Rochester NY 14626 USA
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift Type: Rotating Day Evening and Night
Shift Timing: 8a7p 7p12a and 12a8a
Pay Rate: $80/hr on W2
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Unity Hospital is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills clinical expertise and the ability to manage staff efficiently in a fastpaced hospital setting. This role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts including days evenings and nights.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and support nursing staff ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor patient care and intervene as necessary to maintain highquality treatment.
- Handle staffing scheduling and delegation of duties for nursing personnel.
- Address and resolve any patient concerns ensuring a positive hospital experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of care.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Active RN license in the state of New York.
- Minimum 1 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- BLS & ACLS certification.
