Job Description
WHAT YOULL DO
- Administrate local import and export processes for commercial and NCG incl. Port to DC crosscountry DC moves and crossborder shipments (both store and online)
- Administrate efficient handling of customs formalities in crossregion trades
- Timely prepare and administrate entries for customs clearance and support compliance with global rules standards and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs
- Support opportunities to optimize regional customs and tax in line with local regulations and aligned with Global Trade & Customs department and strategies
- Communicate with state customs and other reg. regulators on a daytoday operational basis
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
In this role you will work closely with other members of the 3PL team including the Impex Manager Regional and DC Transport Manager as well as Merchandising & Supply Planning teams.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- Knowledge of import and export processes in country across all types of crossborder flows
- Understanding of global Trade & Customs rules and regulations for regional
- Overview on relevant market environment and crossborder trade relationships
- Knowledge of international forwarding
- Good knowledge of common IT applications. SAP knowledge is a plus
And people who are
- Inclusive and empathetic towards others whilst encouraging diversity
- Fluency in English and basic knowledge of local language.
