- Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans schedules and work breakdown structures.

- Track project expenses and ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.
- Manage procurement of resources tools and materials required for the project.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholders expectations and ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure it meets defined quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
- Identify potential risks and proactively address issues before they impact the project.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules contracts reports and meeting notes.
- Track milestones deliverables and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and present final project reports including performance analysis lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in business Management Engineering or a related field (master s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Experience in managing crossfunctional teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Trello Asana or Jira).
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
