The Retail Operations Manager oversees the daytoday operations of retail stores to ensure
efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing area managers
and store staff optimizing sales ensuring compliance with company policies and implementing
strategies to improve performance.

Achieve operation objectives
Driving KPI & profitability
Work closely with area managers
Coach sales team in driving the business
Support store expansion plans
Business analysis & presentations
People management & development
Liaising with key department for business improvement strategies
Implement strategic marketing plans
Regular store visits in the region
Requirements
