Specialist Global Product Operations Vendor Sales Operations

We are on the lookout for a Specialist Product Operations to join our Vendor Sales & Operations team and help us build & rollout products for acquiring vendors and driving operational efficiency within our sales & account management teams. You will be part of a team that acts as a bidirectional valueadding interface between global product/technology teams and local teams across the globe. You will collaborate with product and commercial leadership across the organization to drive effective adoption of products and identify new opportunities for incremental business impact.

• Define and implement operating structures and processes to drive product adoption across markets effectively.

• Develop comprehensive product rollout plans and projectmanage implementation across global markets.

• Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of teams for product launches and ensure change management

• Advise product teams on the feasibility of globalization of product capabilities throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Track and analyze core business and product adoption metrics to drive product performance and impact 

• Identify and address key challenges and improvement opportunities postlaunch to drive product improvements.

Qualifications :

• 4 years of experience working as a product/tech specialist preferably in an ecommerce company.

• Experience with prioritization frameworks and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders making pragmatic decisions in a fastpaced environment.

• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights from dashboards SQL queries and product tests to drive product improvements.

• Good understanding of software development processes and related tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Miro).

• Proven ability to translate insights into business impact advocating for product changes with datadriven arguments.

• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate a fastpaced environment.
