Job Description
- You will be the first point of contact for foodpandas partnered vendors
- You will assist the team in conducting daily call checkins with foodpanda vendors and document gathered information
- You will communicate with foodpanda vendors to investigate and resolve any issues that are hindering their daytoday operations
- You will also be involved in the rollout of vendor content enrichment and optimization initiatives with our partner vendors
Qualifications :
- Must be an academic requirement and can render at least 200 hours
- Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills and must have a customeroriented mindset
- Active listening conflict management and resolution skills
- Experience in communicationfocused roles is highly preferred
- Knowledge in MS Excel is also preferred
