Job Title: Event Coordinator with Sales Experience
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Event Coordinator with Sales Experience will be responsible for securing host locations for silent auction displays across various vertical markets including hotels restaurants and retail businesses. This role requires strong communication skills proactive outreach and relationship management to meet weekly placement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Securing Host Locations:

  • Secure 10 host locations per week for silent auction displays.


Event Planning:

  • Maintain a structured schedule of host locations and contact details.


Relationship Management:

  • Conduct followup calls to ensure host satisfaction.
  • Perform wellness and thankyou calls to maintain relationships.


Sales and Outreach:

  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to secure host locations.
  • Drive revenue growth by increasing auction participation rates.


Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales or outreach targets.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


NicetoHaves:

  • Sales experience in B2B or eventsrelated industries
