Job Description

The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition strategy. Youll play a pivotal role in introducing our innovative solutions to potential clients qualifying leads and setting the stage for lasting partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fastgrowing team that values creativity initiative and a passion for disrupting the norm.


What Youll Be Doing:

  • Prospect Generation: Identify and research potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile.

  • Outreach: Initiate and manage meaningful conversations with prospects through email calls LinkedIn and other channels.

  • Educate and Qualify: Clearly articulate our value proposition while understanding the needs of potential clients qualifying leads for the sales team.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve processes.

  • Track and Optimize: Use CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) to manage leads track performance and adjust strategies based on data.

  • Innovate: Suggest new ideas for lead generation outreach campaigns and strategies to enhance results.

What Were Looking For:

  • 12 years as an SDR

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools; ability to learn new systems and processes with ease.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals in a fastpaced startup environment.

  • Comfortable with rejection and motivated to iterate and improve based on feedback.
