Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused PartTime Steward to join our team in Mai Khao Thailand. As a Steward you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our food service areas ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Clean and sanitize dishes utensils glassware and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning agents
- Organize and store clean items in designated areas maintaining an orderly workspace
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas including floors counters and storage spaces
- Support food service staff by restocking supplies and assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all assigned tasks
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to maintain a smooth workflow during service hours
- Respond promptly to requests from kitchen staff servers and management
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Food handling certification may be required (training may be provided)
- Proficiency in cleaning and sanitation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for measuring cleaning agents and tracking inventory
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Thai language is a plus
- Ability to work in Mai Khao Thailand
