This role will be responsible for managing and improving the accounting Center of Excellence (CoE) a team of about 13 accountants including month end and year end closure as well as all Finance related tasks and issues.
Main responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for CoE on location specific issues regarding invoice processing payment processing and other related.
- Responsible for periodend (monthly/quarterly/yearly) closing activities for the location including coordination of other departments and SSC such as Bank reconciliation Account payable closing Account receivables closing futures and options closing Intercompany reconciliation at month end Travel & expenses month end accruals.
- Responsible for all finance operations related to the SSC recording tasks.
- Manage employees including recruitment performance management and career development.
- Generate and validate management reports such as Budget and overhead analysis to provide clear and precise information for decision making.
- Coordinate and deliver on decided improvement projects processes and documentation such as new ERP implementation.
- Other administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 07 years of experience.
- Experience in a Shared service center is mandatory
- General Coffee knowledge.
- Excellent English
- Expertise in Microsoft Office
