Job Description
Sous Chef Heartist Canteen
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operational of Heartist canteen in daily basis. As a sous chef Heartist canteen you will be reporting to Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
Qualifications :
Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma in Culinary or Hospitality Education.
- Additional certification(s) in Culinary / Hospitality will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Culinary / Hospitality industry.
- Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of MS Excel Word & PowerPoint
- Past Maldives experience preferred
