Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for designing training optimizing and deploying machine learning models
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deploy these models in production environments and continuously monitor and improve their effectiveness
Critical skills
- Experience with building and deploying machine learning models
- Experience with data management data and building pipelines
- Experience with AWS Snowflake Databricks or similar technologies
- Deep expertise in at least one area of Machine Learning and AI
- Excellent proficiency in Python working with various libraries (such as NumPy Pandas and Flask) and creating clean wellstructured and maintainable code.
- Skilled at integrating Python with databases APIs and other technologies.
- Proficient with version control systems like Git and experienced in DevOps practices such as continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) along with tools like Kubernetes or Jenkins
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Demonstrated ability in solving complex technical challenges ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering projects on time
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to engage and influence both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Nice to have:
- A strong understanding of security compliance and privacy on Data Lakehouse and enterprise applications
- Experience with multimodal AI systems
- Strong track record of delivering impactful machine learning solutions in production environments
- Experience managing projects from initial architectural design through to full production implementation with a focus on delivering scalable highperformance solutions

- At least 8 years of relevant experience or a combination of work experience and advanced education with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or a Masters/PhD plus 4 years of experience
