Chief Operating Officer (COO) Remote

As we continue to grow we are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take charge of our service delivery operations.

Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Remote
Salary: $1700 $2700 per month (Approximately R32385 to R51435) Performance Bonuses Potential Stock Options
Employment Type: FullTime

Role Overview:
The COO will play a critical role in overseeing the service delivery side of the business ensuring the efficiency productivity and overall success of outbound marketing campaigns. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in outbound marketing specifically cold calling. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple client accounts and sales development representatives (SDRs) simultaneously. An entrepreneurial mindset is highly valued as this role will function similarly to that of a founder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage outbound marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
  • Lead and support SDR teams ensuring toptier performance and client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple client accounts ensuring seamless execution and delivery of services.
  • Develop operational processes and strategies to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align company goals with service delivery objectives.
  • Optimize team performance through coaching training and performance tracking.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance outbound marketing efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound marketing particularly cold calling.
  • Strong leadership and operational management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and teams effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive business growth.
  • Experience in managing SDR teams is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • High level of adaptability in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and team productivity.
