Job Description
My client is looking for a Junior Engineer in the Manufacturing Industry to join our team at their Isando facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to production and ensure efficient process management.
- Assist in developing maintaining and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production operations and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and industry regulations.
- Train and support operational teams in best practices for equipment and processes.
- Manage technical inventory and procurement of necessary resources.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 25 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings faultfinding and equipment testing.
- Understanding of quality systems manufacturing processes and safety standards.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
