The Opportunity:
Our Client is looking to add an HVAC Project Manager to their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and manage all aspects of commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients engineers subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee material procurement and equipment delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress safety compliance and quality assurance.
- Resolve projectrelated issues promptly to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders ensuring transparency and communication.
- Manage project budgets including cost tracking and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial HVAC industry (5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation processes and industry standards.
- Excellent project management skills including scheduling budgeting and risk management.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project Procore etc.).
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP LEED AP or similar) are a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
