Smile Dental Studio is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Front Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Phoenix AZ. Our practice prides itself on providing exceptional dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. Job Summary:

As a Front Office Administrator at Smile Dental Studio you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your role will be vital in ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the front desk providing excellent customer service and supporting our dental team. We are looking for someone with a friendly demeanor strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Manage patient appointments scheduling and confirmations.
  • Handle phone calls emails and patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Process patient registration insurance verification and billing.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assist with the coordination of patient flow and wait times.
  • Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
  • Previous experience using Dentrix.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of dental insurance processes and billing is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Schedule:

  • Saturdays Only: This position is exclusively for Saturdays.
