In this role you will manage client relationships ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to upsell our AIpowered solutions. You will also support new sales efforts focus on customer retention and provide critical assistance to partners contributing to the overall success of the organization.
As the primary point of contact for assigned clients you will work closely with the Founder Sales Customer Experience and other teams to align strategies exceed client expectations and achieve company objectives. This position is ideal for a professional who is not only clientfocused and detailoriented but also willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the companys goals are met.
We are looking for a driven proactive individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional results while fostering strong lasting client relationships.
