Job Description

As a Talent Development Coordinator you will support the organizations talent development service area shared services and technical teams in developing and growing employees leaders and managers to build a strong diverse workforce to foster an innovative and productive workplace. In addition you will perform routine talent development assignments while using knowledge of the organization processes and procedures to develop solutions. Other responsibilities may include succession planning employee and leadership development team development assessment tools curriculum design facilitation training and development needs analysis and training workshops.

You bring to the team:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Proficient in instructional design strategies
  • Experience in eLearning training development
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Articulate Storyline Rise or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong planning organizing and communication skills
  • Ability to build professional relationships
  • Good interpersonal problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Supports team members using guidelines and policies
  • Minimum 3 years experience in talent development
  • A bachelors degree in organizational leadership business administration or a related area is preferred. In lieu of a bachelors degree an associate degree with equivalent experience is required
