We are looking for an HR Officer who will play a key role in building and sustaining a strong peoplecentric culture at Lendha. This role requires someone who is passionate about employee engagement talent development and fostering a work environment where people thrive. The ideal candidate will ensure HR is not just about compliance but about connection making Lendha a place where people love to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Culture & Employee Engagement Develop and implement initiatives that promote teamwork inclusion and a highperformance work environment.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention Attract onboard and retain top talent by creating an exceptional employee experience.
- People Development Design and coordinate training mentorship and career growth opportunities.
- Employee Wellbeing & Relations Act as a trusted advisor to employees addressing concerns and fostering a healthy positive workplace.
- HR Operations & Compliance Manage employee records ensure labor law compliance and streamline HR processes for efficiency.
- Performance & Recognition Implement feedback and reward systems that motivate employees and align with company goals
Qualifications :
- Minimum of First degree holder.
- 2 years of HR experience preferably in a fastgrowing or entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
- Passion for culturebuilding employee wellbeing and humancentered HR practices.
- Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with daytoday operational responsibilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
- High level of integrity empathy and problemsolving abilities.
