- Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology resource needs or market demand.
- Prepare engineering documents including design reports cost estimates project schedules etc. in accordance with the latest governing codes.
- Effectively manage budgets schedules and timely completion of projects.
- Participate in preproject presentations interviews client meetings and preconstruction meetings.
- Lead and mentor other civil engineers assigned to projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering Bioproducts and Biosystem Engineering or related Engineering field.
- Professional Engineer license in ND or ability to obtain within six months
- 8 years experience preferred with recent experience in ND
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Capability of supervising mentoring and evaluating staff
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team atmosphere.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and clients
- Good driving record and valid drivers license
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position; authorization to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future required.
