As a Store Manager at Goodwill you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 3040 dedicated individuals and contribute to our mission of supporting job training education and community programs. Your role will involve managing daily operations ensuring a positive customer experience and driving donation production to generate funds for our programs.

Qualifications :
- High school or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of three 3 years related manager or supervisor experience.
- Ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage aspects of retail store as well as donation/inventory control.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with both large groups and individual focus.
- Proven track record to increase sales in a retail setting.
- Some travel required.
- Must have valid drivers license and ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
