Job Description

Are you a skilled HR Project Manager with a passion for driving impactful business and technology change projects Here at Legal & General we are seeking three talented individuals to join our Group HR team on a 12month secondment. In these roles you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful completion of key projects across the Group by developing and implementing effective project management strategies.     What youll be doing:

    • Contributing to the endtoend delivery of all programmes and projects in the Group HR portfolio by developing and applying project management methodologies
    • Setting up projects workstreams and project phases to succeed in terms of scope design operating models resourcing project and roadmap planning engagement models and RAID identification and mitigation
    • Reviewing key project deliverables to ensure quality fit for purpose and alignment to strategy business case and benefits delivery
    • Preparing agreeing monitoring and controlling project budgets and supporting annual and other budgeting processes as required
    • Collaborating with business stakeholders change and IT professionals across Group HR to ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and to a high quality
    • Applying and developing relevant methodologies to understand and improve project management processes in Group HR
    • Managing internal business SMEs and permanent and contract project teams in a matrix environment
    • Ensuring all activities consider treating customers fairly

    Qualifications :

    Who were looking for:

    • Knowledge of PRINCE2 Agile and other formal Project & Programme Management qualifications
    • Understanding of Financial Services and/or HR
    • Understanding of IT configurations and the introduction of technologies into the business world
    • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills to board level
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently
    • Analytical and problemsolving skills to assess service delivery data and change management results
    • Strong leadership and influencing skills
    • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
