Are you an experienced Assistant Manager looking for your next big opportunity ALH Australias largest pub operator is on the lookout for Senior Assistant Managers to join one of our dynamic venues in South West Sydney. If you have a strong background in pubs bars or restaurants and are eager to step up into a senior leadership role this is your chance!
Whether youve already led teams in pubs or come from a strong leadership background in restaurants bars or hotels wed love to hear from you. If youre passionate about delivering top tier customer experiences driving revenue and leading highperforming teams this is the role for you.

What youll do:
- Be a motivational and inspiring leader develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Manage the day to day operations of the Venue open/close back of house administration recruiting team members rostering and assisting guests
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
Qualifications :
What youll need:
- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience ideally working across food bars and gaming
- Ability to lead develop and coach a large multiskilled team
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
- ARCG
