Job Description
Were recruiting for an Area Surveyorto join us. Were offering a competitive base salary 7200 car allowance monthly performance bonus and strong benefits package
What youll be doing:
- Undertaking surveys valuations and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients
- Upholding best professional practice to minimise the financial and reputational risk to the business
- Completing 5 points per day
- Promptly and effectively responding to queries complaints and claims
- Regularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions so that they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- You will need to be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyors VRS registered valuer and EPC accredited
- Excellent valuation and survey experience
- Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures
- Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation
