We are seeking a dedicated Online Support Specialist to join our team and provide toptier customer support through digital channels. In this role you will be responsible for assisting customers via chat email and social media resolving inquiries efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via online platforms including live chat email and social media.
- Provide accurate timely and professional assistance to resolve customer issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve service quality.
- Stay up to date with company products policies and updates to provide informed support.
- Monitor and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer support online support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customerfirst mindset.
- Techsavvy and comfortable navigating digital tools and support systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Problemsolving skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays if required.
