We are seeking a Senior EHS Coordinator who is passionate about injury prevention reducing risk and leading safety initiatives. This is a highly independent role you will be responsible for driving safety culture ensuring compliance and making an impact in our operations.

You will have the full support of top leadership to drive improvements but we need a strong selfstarter who can work autonomously influence plant operations and lead by example.
What Youll Do:
Develop and implement EHS policies to ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and other regulations.
Conduct safety training to maintain regulatory compliance and improve awareness.
Lead incident investigations trend analysis and site inspections to drive proactive safety measures.
Maintain and improve emergency response capabilities including drills and training.
Serve as the point of contact for regulatory inspections and reporting.
Support sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance programs.
Collaborate with leadership and employees to promote a culture of safety.

The US base salary range for this fulltime position is $90000 $100000 Bonus medical dental vision benefits starting day 1 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Fulltime is defined as regularly working 30 hours per week.
