Get to Know the Role
In a hybrid work arrangement stationed in Bandung you will report to the GrabFood Demand Manager Strategy and Planning. In this role you will take ownership of West Java demand strategies. This role is an individual contributor position.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Formulate strategy for short term and long term demand initiatives focusing to provide the best solution for both merchants & customers growth
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make datadriven recommendations
Design campaign structure and campaign experimentations
Maintain a vigilant watch on competitive activities and identify potential opportunities within the Online Food Delivery landscape based on industry trends and competitive strategies.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
2 years experience of strategic and analytical experience at leading management consulting firms and/or tech/ecommerce companies.
Bachelors degree in STEM or Business fields from top local or overseas universities though we encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
Proficiency in SQL Python and spreadsheet software is essential (experience with Google Sheets and App Script is an added advantage).
Demonstrate business level proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Demonstrate optimism respect others and work well in a team. Able to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities maintaining healthy working relationships even during disagreements.
