The Jabo Strategy and Planning team is the think tank and inhouse strategy overseeing overall P&L and improve growth across all verticals businesses including mobility and delivery vertical. Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Delivery Marketplace and Supply Assistant Manager who will be managing Marketplace & Supply for the delivery vertical. You will report to Strategy & Planning Food & Mart Manager and will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Manage and optimize the delivery marketplace and supply operations to ensure timely costeffective and reliable delivery of products to customers
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends opportunities and challenges and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs and execute strategic initiatives
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Min. Bachelors degree in Management Business Engineering or other relevant fields
- 3 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or tech/ecommerce with proven track record of successful strategy implementation
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills with proficiency in data analysis to solve problems and provide practical business insights
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent project management skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Proficiency in SQL Python and spreadsheet software (i.e. Google Spreadsheet) will be an added advantage
