Job Description
Are you a motivated and ambitious sales professional seeking a dynamic role in the finance industry Kaizen CPAs Advisors is looking for a resultsdriven Business Development Director to join our team. This role focuses on selling our full suite of accounting advising and payroll services to businesses of all sizes. If you thrive in building relationships enjoy fastpaced environments and love helping businesses succeed this is the role for you!
As a Business Development Director youll meet with 23 business owners daily to showcase the benefits of our services. Youll oversee the entire sales process including prospecting setting appointments creating and presenting proposals and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with small to mediumsized businesses to present accounting and payroll solutions.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their challenges and aligning them with our services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications :
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3 years of proven success in B2B sales ideally in finance or a related industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to uncover client needs.
- Proficiency in Outlook Excel Word QuickBooks and taxrelated software.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processes is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel within a 50mile radius of your home.
Additional Information :
Compensation: Depending on experience starting at $50000/year with a commission incentive when commission exceeds the annual compensation.
