Job Description
Get to know the Team
You will sit with the Commercial Operations and Planning team focusing on improving the merchants integration to the Grab platform from merchant acquisition until enablement and training.
Get to Know the Role
You will experience the excitement of running daily operations working with multiple businesses and looking for opportunities to improve merchant experience.
You will report directly to the Manager of Commercial Operations & Planning. You will be based onsite at our Ortigas Grab office with flexible work arrangements
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will identify analyze and address process gaps within the operations.
- You will manage special projects from initiation to completion.
- You will monitor operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
- You will work with partners to ensure smooth operations.
- You will design endtoend workflows to support new projects.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have a academic track record and have at least 4 or more years of experience in operations analytics or project management.
- You have experience implementing process improvement projects.
- Excellent proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (can perform complex functions) SQL or Tableau
- You have experience in a quantitative discipline with a business sense and explain complex analyses results to different audiences including senior leadership.
- You have 3 or more years of experience implementing projects from endtoend. Going kneedeep into understanding intricate processes and issues and building corresponding longterm processes and solutions.
