Get to Know the Role
- Your main responsibility is to ensure that all our Malaysia Deliveries Marketplace operates as efficiently as possible making sure that all customers are served 100 of the time and are served at the fastest time possible with the lowest cost.
- You will be in charge of understanding the countrys local operations and be responsible for proposing and executing initiatives that will improve our marketplace.
- You will report to the Senior Manager Deliveries Strategy and be based in Petaling Jaya working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will manage pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and cost optimization for the Malaysia Deliveries business.
- You will design and iterate deliverypartner incentives to optimize acquisition and retention.
- You will develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery speed reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
- You will manage fulfillmentrelated functions like batching and allocation to increase efficiency and service quality.
- You will collaborate with product managers to influence product design and facilitate feature rollouts focusing on configuration settings.
- You will work with business unit leads to align business strategy with marketplace strategy.
- You will analyze metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have at least 4 years of experience with the ability to track and analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and threats.
- You have the expertise in developing a competitive positioning strategy that aligns with overarching goals and experience leading strategic planning processes including the development of business cases and strategic roadmaps.
- You have the capability to establish and utilise metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic plans.
- You are proficiency in engaging with and influencing stakeholders at different levels of the organisation to drive strategy adoption.
- You can identify key drivers and create actionable strategies based on data insights. You can think longterm making informed tradeoffs between shortterm gains and longterm growth. You also able to balance diverse needs within the business.
