You will be part of the team dedicated to driving growth and optimizing strategies for partner acquisition and marketing. By collaborating with colleagues across various business verticals we aim to effectively meet our acquisition goals while maximizing resource efficiency.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Associate to oversee execute acquisition strategy and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the projects.
You will report to the Manager of Partner Acquisition and reports onsite at Singapore Grab office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Execute the acquisition coverage plan to achieve department goals.
- Create and optimize incentive campaigns for costeffectiveness.
- Track and manage team progress against OKRs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify acquisition needs.
- Lead planning coordination and control of project activities.
- Present proposals and progress to management regularly.
- Develop improvements to enhance supply operations.
- Work with marketing to align lead generation strategies with objectives.
- Analyze ad spend to optimize and reduce costs.
- Conduct A/B tests on ads to improve conversions and reduce costs.
- Explore new advertising channels for broader audience reach.
- Maintain and improve systems for tracking marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 3 years of working experience in sales operation/digital marketing or Online to Offline Marketing
- Strong technological background and knowledgeable in Excel/SQL with the ability to organize data and reports
- Possess great logical and data sensitivity skills
