Job Description
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement quality control plans that ensure compliance to all specifications and standards;
- Audit process centers for conformance to product specifications;
- Employ statistical quality control (SQC) methodologies to monitor and maintain the quality of products and identify and analyze any quality problems;
- Track nonconformances recommend and implement corrective actions to reduce/eliminate reoccurrences and monitor and analyze the effectiveness of corrective actions;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and lead the implementation of quality control initiatives; and
- Various other duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications :
Knowledge and Experience
- University degree/college diploma in engineering (industrial mechanical electrical computer) OR a print related field;
- Knowledge understanding and application of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standards;
- Knowledge understanding and application of continuous improvement processes and tools such as: Six Sigma FMEA 8D 5 Whys Kaizen PDCA etc.
- Proficiency in MS 365
- Familiarity with statistical/business intelligence software
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organization/time management skills
- Attention to detail
