Job Description
Your duties:
Design landing pages promo pages and websites from scratch
Develop static and animated banners
Engage in product design
Create guidelines for the brand book digital book etc.
Redesign existing projects according to UI/UX principles and grid rules
Develop and create prototypes
Communicate with project managers stakeholders and clients to gather and adjust requirements for user interfaces
Create design systems and UI Kits
Conduct research in the field of UX/UI Design
Prepare presentations
Participate in design approval UX concept demos and general project demo sessions

Keen eye for detail to ensure design consistency and quality
Understanding of market trends and how they impact design decisions

Ability to present and defend design decisions to nondesign audiences
Innovative and creative approach to solving design challenges
Ability to think outside the box and come up with unique solutions
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in the design industry with a strong portfolio demonstrating your research process and design work
Proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma (including the use of components autolayout and constraints)
Strong understanding of typography color theory and visual hierarchy
Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and usercentered design best practices.
Understanding of usability and HumanCentered Design
A sense of style and mastery of modern trends in web mobile and graphic design
Excellent communication skills with proven experience presenting designs to crossfunctional teams
Strong portfolio demonstrating your design experience and problemsolving skills
Knowledge of Nielsen Norman heuristics
Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and new technologies in design
Significant experience with design systems
Nice to Have:
Bachelors degree in design visual arts or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
Experience with illustrations and motion design
Familiarity with AI tools as applied in design
