Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and agencies.
Collaborate directly with influencers to develop impactful campaigns.
Supervise team members with the potential to grow the team as project volumes increase.
Track campaign performance and provide detailed reports to ensure alignment with business goals.
Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers and agencies ensuring budget optimization.
Monitor competitor activities in influencer marketing and provide actionable insights to stay competitive.
Analyze postcampaign results to identify key learnings and drive continuous improvement in strategy.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing
Proven experience working with social media platforms: Instagram TikTok YouTube Twitch and Telegram.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with influencers and agencies.
Solid understanding of influencer marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with various GEOs
A track record of success in scaling influencer marketing efforts.
