- Implement HR strategies specifically tailored to the needs of assigned departments aligning them with the companys overall objectives;
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for both employees and management within these departments providing expert guidance on HR matters;
- Manage the onboarding and adaptation processes focusing on the effectiveness of the best talent for the specific departments;
- Conduct performance management and drive employee development programs ensuring they cater to the unique needs of each department;
- Guarantee compliance with labor laws and company policies with a keen eye on departmentspecific requirements and challenges;
- Facilitate effective employee relations within these departments adeptly handling conflicts and fostering a positive work environment;
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction explicitly targeting improvements within the designated departments.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations talent management and organizational development.
- Experience in the gambling industry is highly desirable;
- Previous experience in a fastpaced highgrowth company is a plus;
- Experience in advising senior leadership and aligning HR initiatives with business strategy;
- Strong understanding of HR best practices including performance management succession planning workforce planning and compensation strategies;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Proven ability to support change management initiatives;
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (Hibob Asana). Strong understanding of performance management processes and employee engagement strategies;
- Understanding of HR financial metrics and costeffective workforce planning
- Fluency in Ukrainian is a must.
