Job Description
The Face UXUI Design Leader is responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences and visually stunning user interface designs across our digital products. The Face UXUI Senior Specialist collaborates closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Design Strategy: Develop and articulate design strategies that align with product goals ensuring a usercentered approach throughout the design process.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions for web and mobile applications.
Visual Design: Produce visually appealing designs that adhere to brand guidelines ensuring consistency and a cohesive look across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product management and development to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions and adherence to project timelines.
Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and component libraries to promote consistency and efficiency in design processes.
Feedback and Iteration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders iterating on designs based on usability testing and datadriven insights.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Design Advertising or a related field.
10 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across digital products.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Strong understanding of usercentered design principles usability testing methodologies and best practices in UX/UI design.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for creating userfriendly and engaging experiences.
Experience with HTML/CSS and familiarity with frontend development is a plus.
