Job Description

The DSP Software Engineering Leader will lead and drive DSP software engineering initiatives for audio and musical instruments ensuring superior sound quality efficiency and brand experience. Develop and implement cuttingedge DSP strategies leveraging digital twin technologies AIdriven enhancements and automation to optimize performance and cost.

Strategy

Audio Experience Strategy: Define and implement DSP software strategies that enhance sound quality user experience and brand differentiation in musical instruments and pro audio.
Digital Twin & DFX Strategy: Utilize digital twin simulation and DFX methodologies to optimize DSP algorithms for realtime audio performance and product design.
Automation & Compliance: Develop automation frameworks to streamline DSP workflows while ensuring compliance with global audio standards
 Performance & Analytics: Establish performance measurement systems to optimize DSP algorithms for clarity latency and dynamic response.
Cost Efficiency: Implement costeffective DSP software strategies by optimizing development processes resource utilization and licensing models.

Operations

DSP Software Development & Integration: Lead the development and integration of DSP software in musical instruments and audio products ensuring seamless interaction with hardware and firmware.
AIDriven Audio Processing & Compliance: Leverage AI to enhance DSP algorithms for intelligent audio effects noise reduction and realtime signal processing while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Agile & Automation: Implement agile methodologies and automation to accelerate development cycles and improve efficiency.


Qualifications :

DSP Expertise in Audio & Music Tech: Extensive experience in DSP software development for musical instruments pro audio and sound processing.
Global Product Development: Led DSP projects across multiple markets integrating diverse acoustic and regulatory requirements.
AI & Digital Twin Integration: Strong background in AIenhanced DSP digital twin technologies and advanced simulation for realtime audio.
 Automation & Tooling: Handson experience in automating DSP workflows for tuning testing and compliance validation.
Cost & Performance Optimization: Proven ability to balance cost efficiency with highfidelity audio processing and performance.
