>Formulate relevant Installer channel sales strategies tactics and actions in the BU region working with the Installer sales team to execute these
>Identify suitable installer partners & formulate development strategy in terms of products marketing training in order to increase motorization at each individual shop and gain market share from competition
>Identify the right goto market with relevant Industrial and Distribution partners to set up the right environment to sell products and services to retailers
>Develop and keep strong relationship with relevant Distribution and Industrial partners
>Define a service offer for retailers to support them in motorization development
>Collecting and sharing insights from retailers and channel partners
>Finetune and improve strategies and in order to maximize sales and profitability in Installer channel
Sales Operations & Account management
>Introducing & promoting new products in the market through product launch events
>Organizing & coordinating dealers meet & business promotion events/activities at customer locations
>Designing and executing specific promotion schemes
>Monitor costs competition and supply and demand to eliminate unprofitable focus
>Able to understand the product Premix Retails Sales Potentials Competition Pricing.
>Maintain the relation with Retailers / Dealers and efficient use of them for new sales targets
>Create develop maintain relationships with all retail partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction promote the company brand and to sustain longterm business partnerships
Sales Administration Management
>Manage and oversee all Sales Management Activities
>Ensure all records are entered into the CRM system (salesforce)
>Providing after sales services Replenishment of Stocks Order Processing Collection Promotion and followups
>Tacking initiatives for resolving Retailers Dealers Outlets issues and providing proper solutions
>Follow up with Distributor / Industrial partner for timely payment
People Management
>Manage the Installer sales team based in SouthEast Asia and HongKong
>Provide necessary resources to empower the team and achieve agreed business performance
>Coach guide & motivate the team to attain revenue targets
>Engage his/her team in working crossfunctions and cooperate with colleagues in local areas to ensure best coordination and collective success for the company
>Evaluate sales personnel performance to achieve objectives
>Forecast and develop annual sales goals for the team
>Keep the team engaged and motivated
>Support and represent the team internally and externally
